This book is specifically addressed to professional designers, lecturers, students and doctoral students of technological universities. The presented ergonomic engineering method of technological processes (Ergonomic Engineering of Technological Devices, EETD) provides grounds for improving knowledge and running research experiments in the fields of ergonomics, safety engineering, automation of processes, etc. This work focuses on the following components of the process of designing ergonomic technological devices: – modification of the process of TD operation concurrently to the processes of managing the operation of technical facilities, – dynamic analysis of the chain of operation, – systems analysis of the sociotechnical system, – identification of the relevant relations between cognitive processes and components of operator activities.
